Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of DomainsBoard (the “Service”) operated byMultiverso LTD., Edinburgh, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DomainsBoard is a domain portfolio management platform that helps you track domains, sync supported registrars, manage reminders, confirm manual expiries, view multi-currency cost projections, and (on eligible plans) maintain an investor ledger. Features depend on your subscription tier and may change as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must not share accounts or attempt to circumvent plan limits, security, or billing controls.

3. Plans, billing & Paddle

Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms as presented at checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the plan interval.
• You can manage or cancel through the billing tools we provide (and/or Paddle’s customer portal where available).
• Downgrades may limit features; data may become read-only when you exceed a lower tier’s domain cap.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Upload malware, scrape the Service abusively, or overload infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
• Store credentials or content you are not authorized to use.

5. Your content & registrar access

You retain ownership of domain portfolio data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the Service. Registrar API credentials are used only to provide sync features you enable. You are responsible for complying with each registrar’s terms and for maintaining valid credentials.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Multiverso LTD. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that sync results, pricing data from registrars, reminders, or projections are error-free or complete. You remain solely responsible for renewing domains with your registrars and for any business decisions based on the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by United Kingdom law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or domain registrations. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Multiverso LTD. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contactingsupport@domainsboard.app.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Courts of England and Wales (or Scotland, where mandatory rules require) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
